We are reprinting issues of the Kashmir Diary, a publication of the Kashmir Human Rights Foundation. The purpose of this journal was to record human rights violations in Kashmir and to provide a forum for discussion of policy related issues related to the right of self determination of Kashmiri people. This was before the advent of the internet. The publication ran for eight issues, from Spring 1992 to Spring 1996
